RIP Angus Lennie

Ives in "The Great Escape ", later in " Crossroads."

I used to work in an office near The Kings Theatre in Glasgow and  we would
go to the Griffin Bar after work and many a  performer would drop in.
Mr Lennie came in possibly in a whodunnit, most friendly person.
Despite being asked about  Steve McQueen, James Garner etc he just wanted to talk
about his recent work.

A real gent.
