Hi

For those who like track plans - have a gaze at the railway viaducts weaving through the buildings especially to the South East - fascinating!!

I went up The Shard on Friday. Despite the rain the views were impressive.

What struck me is that its short enough to see details like point blades clearly - its like looking down on a T Gauge model, whereas the view of Toronto station from the CN Tower is miniscule!

The mrs doesnt like heights but i'[m going to be up it like a ferret up a drainpipe (a very long one) next time im up in london, great interactive view there,,,,  :thankyousign:

Excellent views from inside looking out . . . pity the same can't be said of the reverse!

Great views, having worked in the building trade when I was younger it sends shivers down my spine when I think of what it would have been like building skyscrapers at those sort of heights  :doh:
