This seems to happen quite a lot. If I click on a link to an ebay listing it often comes up with the page below. The URL address is correct but it won't show the item. I'm guessing it's just a setting somewhere as when I re-boot it will work fine for a while, sometimes all day/night. But, once it shows the page below it will do so for most items. I'm using Windows 8.1 and Firefox 30.0 if it helps. It used to happen with Firefox 28 too though.

To see my layout "Longcroft" which is currently under construction, you'll have to click on the dead fish below

Try changing your screen resolution, that may do it  ;)

cheers John.

Not that simple I'm afraid. The item doesn't show up anywhere and it would do normally.

I've had this problem too with Firefox, works fine in chrome.... Delete the firefox offline cache and cookies, close FF and start again...

I am also getting the same problem with Firefox (my preferred browser) so thanks for the tip.

I notice your running Windows 8.1. Are you using a web browser to access eBay, or the eBay app. I have a friend who was tearing his hair out using the eBay app, I uninstalled it for him and added a browser short-cut and he was right at home again.

The eBay app is some way behind the web site in functionality.

Cheers
Dave

I always use the web page rather than the app. So far so good today....................
