They'll follow the Baby Deltic with a shrink ray version of the SR Booster. How do I know? I'm getting close to finishing two from @JimSan so that's a great guide for me.......!

Ideally anything ex-SR or BR (SR) and in use pre-1964.

Expecting a quiet quarter for us, maybe an additional club 37 from the new tooling.

New tooling possibly being held back for a pre NEC launch but wouldn't expect it to be N.

But with EFE in the announcements too, there's always hope, although I've personally done quite well with what's been announced from Farish and others this year containing a lot that I'd like

It's about time they reissued the box spanner.  Saw one going for £850 on eBay recently.  Preposterous.

Greygreaser

Derby Lightweight DMU sets, first in service in volume and lasted through to '69, shouldn't be too difficult to achieve from tooling for 108s.
A jack of all trades is a master of none, but often times better than a master of one.

?? A typo surely (or you misread) ???
They are readily available from any number of suppliers including Bachman themselves for around £8.50...

i thought "box spanner" was a derogatory nick name for a loco-- like spam can or charlie.

Not sure what is in their latest offering but suggestions that Peter may be Blue after the announcement or perhaps some Scottish Clan may ruin his day?

All to play for and whatever comes Forth will be appreciated by many.

And an equal number who'd love to see a loco built before 1900....

Ain't that the beauty of the hobby though - interests are so diverse, whatever you anounce you will be sure to please some but are guaranteed to upset a sizable proportion of the market!!

(and you can be sure it will the displeased will be quickest to post about it... :( )

Nothing for me. My wallet is safe etc etc.

Good to see a few re-releases, the 8Fs look nice, even if I couldn't identify one if it ran me over.

Seems they are stopping doing Scenecraft model buildings (after 20 years).
There must have been a huge amount unsold at full RRP over the years.

It was OK when Hornby's Liddle End range first came out, at pocket money prices, but now the Chinese demand a proper salary, they are commanding huge sums (especially in the bigger scale) and consequently don't sell. maybe we will go back to actually making model buildings rather than buying ready to plonk ones?

I'll have one of those 8Fs thank you ! Late crest and without that cab side post 1964 stripe.
