Did someone make it? Farish's class 91 is too scarce and expensive, and although they didn't have interior, CMAC model offer class91/dvt and MK 4 coaches on ebay.

I've got one. It's more detailed than the Farish model (not hard). It has a representation of the buffing plates and the drop head buckeye couplings.

It looks a bit over scale, but I've not measured. I plan to finish mine in Europhoenix. I'll get to it one day.

I'm trying to find its chassis.
Since Class 91 has long bogie wheelbase, using tomix's tetsudou collection could be unaffordable.
I'm thinknig of using class 86/87/90.

Farish already released retooled class 90 and LNER V2, GWR Hall, so I think they will release it someday

The 90 has sold terribly, I can't see them doing a 91 any time soon. Dapol have said they've considered it but the market isn't right at the moment. Cavalex have said they're doing one (and doubled down on the n gauge one when they cancelled the OO gauge one), but clearly aren't.

There are plenty of models they haven't retooled, the existence of 3 is far from evidence that they'll do them all.

They're selling slowly - probably not helped by the rapid release of identical liveries (with different numbers) and it's relatively slow top speed. I'd happily have another in Intercity Mainline livery.

Dapol have managed to sell plenty of 86, although the 87 look to be a slower seller too.

Every single livery is still widely available nearly 4 years on, that's terrible. I know there are 'mitigating' factors, but the bean counters at Farish are hardly going to be saying "based on the roaring success of the 90 let's now tool up a complete set of mk4s, a DVT and a new 91". I'll eat my hat if they do more 90s in the next 5 years at least.

And unlikely to see 90018 'The Greatest Gathering', even as a 'K' release.

The cost to tool up a new 91 and Mk4 coaches is actually rather scary, particularly if you account for the 91/1 and post-Mallard refurbishments.

If the cost were to be kept to a sensible level, you would need to sell a lot of sets, which may be a struggle in the current N Gauge market.
