for some reason i have been logged off on my phone--now i cant log in again--keeps telling me i need to register.

i'm typing this on my laptop.

any polite suggestions please?

It really depends what phone you're using and what browser on that phone.
The first things to try are a refresh of the browser (drag down from the top) on the login screen, if that doesn't work go to the browser settings and delete history, cookies etc. Then go to the phone settings & under apps clear the browser app cache and data.

thanks--it would be a great help if i had the faintest idea what your talking about.
ive no idea what browser is on my my phone.  its samsung.

i think i'll just use it to make phone calls with. lifes simpler that way.

Have you got a Chrome icon on your phone?

That's what I use. I click on the Chrome symbol which is there on my startup screen, along with other stuff I use a lot.

When I click it, the NGF automatically comes up. On the rare occasions when I have to log back in, I just go to the bookmarks.

I get the same issue on my Android phone, tied all the usual stuff, clearing cache etc and it still refuses to recognise my details.  It's fine on my PC and Android tablet.

Just gave up trying in the end, besides a phone screen is too small for forum browsing, well for my eyes it is.
