My neighbour received one of these emails and found it very upsetting. If these people get caught they should throw the book at them. 😠

but then again, my broadband keeps dropping out and Virgin are totally incapable of sorting it 

sent me one of the things that plug into the mains because their wi-fi can't reach 30 ft through the house 

finally they sent me a new hub, after a hell of a struggle, and that's just the same 

needless to say, I'm arranging another supplier for when my 12 month contract is up.
