... do you see N gauge used by television news to recreate events, in this case a rather unfortunate accident involving a large truck stuck on a level crossing in the path of an approaching express.

One of the news channels came up with this hands-on reproduction:





They even got the train right (or close enough) and apologize for using a 4-car model when the actual train had 8 cars.

Seems to be a bit of crane ballet going on involving 4 different sized cranes.

In the current view the remaining car is visible to the left of the leftmost crane. In the background there's a Keikyu depot with a bunch of trains stables which won't be going out this rush hour, and behind those JR trains can be seen running.
