It's Saint Piran's Day today.   :claphappy:
Saffron buns with our morning coffee and, of course, pasties for lunch.
Looks lke we have to make the most of it this morning though as heavy rain and gales forecast from mid day onwards.
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

The food and drink sound great so enjoy! :foodanddrink:

Is it St. Pran or St. Piran though? :confused2:

Saint Piran - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Piran

It does sound though, as Cornwall pinched him from Ireland!  ;)
David.
I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.
If a friend seems distant, catch up with them.

We saw a large group with many children marching through Falmouth earlier. A Bristolian who "emigrated" to Cornwall I will do my bit later...by consuming a large Philps of Hayle pasty. Now that, is a good pasty.
