R.I.P
Chuck Berry....

...never turn you back on the ripper (judas priest)

I was never a huge fan, but there can be no doubt as to his stamp on that music genre.

An excellent musician who should be remembered for much more than 'My Ding-a-Ling' :(

Bealman

Not only was that song a bit unfortunate, but the TV show "Top of the Pops" made a rather unfortunate choice of artist to do a painting as it was broadcast, if my memory serves me.

Anyway, another music legend gone.

Lot of tributes in the papers here today from the likes of Springsteen and Slash.

Zogbert Splod

He was great, he will be remembered for a long time.
Thanks for all the good times Mr Berry.
"When in trouble, when in doubt, run (trains) in circles..." etc.
There, doesn't that feel better?
Lovely!

I may appear to be listening to you, but inside my head, I'm playing with my trains.

Liked some of his songs, but why is it all these other people give tributes to people who have passed away, why don't they say it when they are alive.   :)

I'm confused why there has been so much coverage of his death and so many people have been so quick to pay tribute. He was a convicted armed robber and paedophile. Historic I know but it does smack of double standards.

Bealman

That's life, mate.

Most rockers were rebels.

Who knows?
