Been busy respraying my stock
Over the last few months I haven't done much n gauge till now as I've only ever done 00
But now I'm well in to n gauge here are a few photo

Some of you might of seen some of these photos already on my layout page but I've just started on a arriva class 67 what is going to replace the 57s and a dvt .
Here is the real thing

I think it looks good in this livery I will post some more photos soon when it's done.
Thanks.

I've just drawn up the Arriva DVT for a future vinyl project - just waiting on the finished Arriva Mk3s to appear now!  :)

Chris

When did that DVT repaint happen?? I don't recall seeing that mentioned anywhere. Presume this is one of the ex-Wessex & Shropshire units?

Nice job on the repaints. Just out of interest what are you using for the turquoise on the Arriva DVT? I'm currently doing a 57 for someone and yet to find a colour the correct shade for the centre colour.

CAMBRIAN DRIVER DAVE

Hi chris thanks for that
I baleave the dvt was virgin livery 82114 before .
the paint That will be used will be arriva blue and br blue that is pretty close that's what I have used on the class 57s in the past.
And home made transfers .

Looks great - I've not managed to see the real one in my recent trips through Canton, just lots of class 50's in ever more dubious liveries 8)

No.. just I sometimes travel through Cardiff on Sundays and that regularly gets you a trip through the back of Canton by train (avoiding the main line) with all the engineering work they've been doing. This week wasn't so good - it was a bus from Cardiff to Swansea !

The 50's are usually visible from the main line - the Load Haul one being particularly hideous 8)
