Just a general query because I have sent Adam a couple of e-mails and wondered what sort of timescale he deals with them. 

Give him a call, I have found that e-mail is sometimes hit and miss.

he is normally pretty quick in replying. remember he works full time, so dont expect an answer within 10 minutes

Never had any issues contacting him personally, could be that he is away or something though.

I'm sure I read somewhere he was having spam filter problems, best to give him a call.

I E mailed him on 11 April ordering a set of Saltire 156.  I was going to wait until 4 weeks - as a comment on that appears on the site - before enquiring further.  Perhaps I should chase now.

I had an email from him on 19 April about an order by email from me on the 18th.  I've just remembered on his website he asks that you include "Electra Order" in the  subject line of your email because of a very active spam filter.  Something I forgot to do on the 18th and still i got a reply on the 19th.
