Is this model specific to a cement silo?I am modelling a papermill and require a storage tank this model is close to what I need but not exact it would be used for storing China clay

...have you not kind of answered your own question there?  If it's close just adjust the bits or add things to suit if you don't want to scratch build your own.  I always thought they looked expensive for what you get though, there's quite a few how-to threads on the internet about scratch building silos in various scales.
