I got my copy at their Warrington branch so maybe they might have one?

  to all those who helped with the search. I now have a copy that is in its way to Luton.

I sent out emails to a random selection of retailers on the list Mike sent me. None of them had a new copy of the book but Hattons had an as new copy which I bought. A bird in the hand etc.

Most of the retailers replied almost straightaway and were very helpful, especially the lady from Ian Allan at Waterloo.
