Is it me or is Keith's site gone?

I was on there this morning, so maybe it is down for maintenance.

The domain name is not resolving (from experience with these things, I have on occasion been known to operate a name server) the domain name server provider is having an off-day or suffering from general incompetence. Not that the site ever works for me when the doman name is working properly, it seems to have a blanket ban in place against people accessing it from certain regions of the world, including the homeland of Kato. Which is a pity, because sometimes it's useful to provide links to a UK supplier to various people...
