I was on there earlier with no problems, and yes it seems down at the moment.

Its because of a deluge of complaints about the time to produce nice blue class 33 and 50..and don't get me started on the hst reruns...

I think you've hit the nail on the head there - I've had a class 33 (albeit a green one) preordered since god knows when.

I got this EMail from a certain Liverpool area retailer earlier this week:

I got the same email from (probably) the same Liverpool retailer. So I won't be getting the Xmas present I expected.

Just checked again - Dapol web site still down.

Hope they haven't gone bust - they still owe me a bunch of preorder stuff via ehattons!!

Their website server has gone down apparently.
