It's also a sad fact of life that Modelling Clubs in the UK lose their clubrooms for varying reasons and is probably why many in the UK tend to have clubrooms in church premises as they are (generally) not subject to council whims
In a true democracy the sheer fact that only 2 people wish to evict the Railroad Club as opposed to the vast majority would carry the day and things would remain the same.
I wish Belen Railroad Club all success in remaining where they are, and please keep us updated with any further news.
