Not being a member of other model rail forums, therefore not seeing their wish list polls, I would say there is need in N Gauge for a re-tooled class 90, a class 92 (full stop) and a nice futuristic class 68!
Of course iam quite biased to that era! :smiley-laughing:

Bachmann are doing a OO Gauge class 90, so we may see a retooled class 90 announced next year, I thought Dapol had announced the class 68 and 92?

You cant get better than a Betta Fish

class 117 and class 40 right at the top... good calls I'd say!  dapol for the 117 and farish for the 40 makes sense...

I think Dapol need to get their 92 off the "back burner" and Farish need the shrink ray applying to their 40 and 85..
Its nice to see the AC electrics up there.

Just a thought-

If that poll were a Quickstarter then NOTHING would have received enough votes to make it viable........

Ah - the good old statistical conclusion.
For sure, 429 commitments to a Kickstarter project wouldn't get it off the ground but also consider not everyone 'comes out to play' for wishlists
The 2 Polls we ran didn't even attract anywhere near 429 voters which will probably preclude anyone running another NGF one. They have to, in my opinion, be considered just a bit of fun. We have seen Matt's GWR streamlined railcar come to nowt, and the Pendolino has been moved to Rapido from DJM in an attempt to pull in 800 pledges rather than 1000.
One really wonders exactly which piece of tractive power will prove attractive enough for us N gaugers to get behind and for the manufacturers to think 'That's the one' :hmmm:

Possibly ones where some of the development work has been done or is currently under way in another gauge, some of which seem to be in the top ten of the wishlists.
