The first question that comes to mind is "Who am I giving my details too?".

There is no information about who ruins this site or where they are based, basic info I like to know before giving my details over. The web site gives no such details.

It's safer and just as easy to write down such dates in a diary or on a piece of paper to leave in the glove box.

Why would you need the reminder service?
The V11 still arrives by post

I would not deem it wise to send personal details to a third party website of persons unknown.
It's probably bona fide BUT I personally would not risk it.

Most mobile phones have a reminder facility that alarm out on a day you have selected for whichever appointment you need reminding about.
Failing that buy a good old fashioned paper calendar and marker pen and write on it whichever date/anniversary/appointment you need to remember!

Or seeing as most of you are on a computer (as opposed to phone / tablet) - just use the Calendar capability in your email program !  You use the computer regularly, so it won't be anything different 

 I'm going to put a little disc of paper in the tax disc holder which will say, in "Only Fools and Horses" fashion, "Tax is on the computer"...

I've got my  National Trust car park sticker in mine!

You folks must be catching up..... here in NSW we haven't had windscreen stickers for 2 years. We have multiple camera installations at traffic lights instead. They are posted as 'red light speed cameras' but are checking your number plate against registration as well. 

I am going to put a Milk Chocolate Digestive biscuit in mine, in case I fancy a nibble en route!

Make sure you get it the right way round otherwise you'll be licking the chocolate off the windscreen!

What a great idea! Trouble is, one just wouldn't be enough. How many will I need for a whole packet and still leave a small peephole to see thru?
