I can understand where Alex is coming from, he wants to rule Scotland away from the hypocrites but hey wake up so do we in England. oops no politics on here haha

I think everyone in Jockland should club together and buy Alex a house in Engerland
then we 'd get some peace here.

In Alex's sales brochure "Scotland's Future " he describes the Scottish Air Force
being equipped with a squadron of eurofighters.

More likely we'll get a few Fokkers.

I'd favour the home counties leaving the UK and the EU, and let the rest of us get on with life.

Lovely picture though. I wonder if Adam will be offering the decals for that, although the open door mod might be tricky.

Agreed as most of us in the home counties are fed up with the peasants in the Uk extremities  ;)

Would he be able to vote in the referendum if he moved to England ? I assume that only those on the Scottish electoral rolls will be allowed to vote (including English people living in Scotland) ?

Seems a bit unfair to Scots exiled in England.

Best regards,

Joe

Well, it's all over, and maybe I'll be able to sleep tonight; especially since the vote went my way.

My own city of Glasgow, along with Dundee, actually voted in favour of Independence, but with a poor turnout of around 75% (poor turnout! Any democracy would love a 75% turnout at an election!).

Although I voted No, I think the above piece of Photoshoppery is a bit unfair on Salmond, and it's now up to 'the other three' to prove that they were not lying about increased powers.

And that includes devolved powers for England, and more autonomy for Wales and Northern Ireland (if they desire it).

Agrippa

Good points there NeilMac, I voted no also. Though I don't think the
original gag was unfair to Salmond, everything's fair in politics .

If the Yes campaign  had won Salmond would be strutting around like
Mussolini demanding everything and conceding nothing.

Ah well, it's all over now, and as an interested ex-pat, I'm going to bed. Have a good day.
