I picked up the first edition of Great British Locomotives from my local newsagent, which, this week, features the A4 Pacific and has an OO Gauge Mallard.

Not at all bad for £2.99 - the next edition is £5.99 and features the streamlined "Duchess of Hamilton" - after that, the prices rise to £8.99

This looks like another DelPrado venture similar to their N Gauge release a couple of years ago.

Temptingly, if you subscribe, you get a free DelPrado N Gauge loco with each edition... 

I saw that in my local newsagents yesterday, but they only had one copy and it was broken.

I also saw the N gauge freebies if you subscribed - does that mean more will appear on eBay?
