UK Couriers

Can anyone recommend a good door to door courier offering a decent service in the UK. Pick up from Kent deliver to Suffolk?

I have to ship some non railway but valuable kit and need a reliable and insured service.

I normally go through http://www.interparcel.com and use UPS which I think is their default anyway.  Sent quite a bit of very high-end hi-fi that way with absolutely no complaints.

Likewise we always use interparcel at work, I try to stay away from their Citylink option though as they're not... the best shall we say, in general.

Some months (maybe even a year ago I put up a link to all(?)/most courier pros and cons from I think Amazon.

I use Paisley Freight to shift bulky items.  Superb service.  Hardly even need to wrap items with them.
