Still since building "Walford East" and perhaps if I were to move the layout location to Londonium then perhaps Mrs"H" would see the sense in one of those 6 -car diesely things... After all Whiteswan has one on the Fairford branch !!!!

Perhaps the Easter bunny will be kind to me
Some days its just not worth gnawing through the straps.

Really!!  :o Showing something of that length on a family forum such as this should get you an instant ban.

You see Mr B...some of us are quite challenged in that area. Some of us (me) only wanted a teeny weeny Class 170, only to be told it was permanently delayed at the North Pole, and then you go around flashing that.  :hmmm:

I'm off to the loft to get the bucket of Lego and make my own Class 170   :(
People say I'm small minded and live in my own little world; maybe their right!

All the best for the New Year, mate - may it bring you a Class 170!

Funny enough I came across Lego pice of locos and cars recently before this thread.  Quite in awe of what Lego does these days.  25 years ago I was given what must have been 8 Tesco bags of ...almost 20 year old Lego then plus basic train track, what they come up with these days is just amazing.  Nice to see also it's not just big plastic mouldings which is what you see on the high street kits. I thought Lego had lost it's edge these days but obviously not.
