Spent ten minutes this afternoon wondering and investigating why I had no power to the model railway.
I'd plugged the main plug from the extension lead back into the extension lead spare socket rather than the mains !
Took me a full ten minutes to discover the "problem". Aaaaaagh.....it's old age !

It is always heartening to know that others do the same things.

It wasn't my layout that was dead but an electric drill, took me a lot longer than 10 minutes to find the fault, I even resorted to checking the fuse box even though The radoi in the same room was on!

Plonkers unite!

In our house that would be described as TIBMIN  -- (thumb in bum, mind in neutral)

As I said in another posting today I couldn't understand why a loco would not run............one of the feed wires had come out of my controller  Took me ages to discover it.
