Idiot or what ?

Spent ten minutes this afternoon wondering and investigating why I had no power to the model railway.
I'd plugged the main plug from the extension lead back into the extension lead spare socket rather than the mains !
Took me a full ten minutes to discover the "problem". Aaaaaagh.....it's old age !
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

It is always heartening to know that others do the same things.

It wasn't my layout that was dead but an electric drill, took me a lot longer than 10 minutes to find the fault, I even resorted to checking the fuse box even though The radoi in the same room was on!

As I said in another posting today I couldn't understand why a loco would not run............one of the feed wires had come out of my controller  :doh: Took me ages to discover it.  :-[ :-[
