Been waiting all year for part two, and it looks to be up to the usual mind-blowing standard

Ever since reading the books about 15 years ago I wished someone would make proper quality films of them, and I must say my LOTR DVD set (extended version) is one of my prized possessions

We're a long way from Europe here where I live, but close to NZ. My daughter bought a book of LOTHR locations and we visited a lot of them. I bet they woke up and did not destroy Hobbiton this time! Talk about a money earner!

Looking forward to Pt. II. Saw Pt.I with my son who was then just out of university. The deal was that he would buy the tickets and I'd pay for the drinks/popcorn. By the time he'd used his student discount and my over-60 concession I ended up paying more than he did!

Your son has his Dad worked out. 

They really need Brunel to put a railway through that desolation. It'll cut journey times by days.
