Been taking a few photos today so thought I'd post a picture of my granite train. I know that Class 14s are not usually found in Cornwall, but I like them so I have one hauling granite blocks to the local granite works for cutting and finishing.
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

Nice
Can I ask what the granite is made of please?
Scotsoft - please don't tell me it's granite  ;)

Guess what ??
It is granite - small pieces. Next door have them on their drive. Actually they have a few less now!!
I've also used it for my seawall (like the one at Dawlish).
I've also got a train of wagons holding the cut granite. I'll post a photo of that later.
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

No, it's fine and it's only 3 wagons.
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

OK, I won't tell you it is made of granite but I will tell you it is radioactive  :D

It's loaded with Radon!
But our cottage, built of granite with 2 ft thick walls, is well below acceptable levels!
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

Well as the WR very soon had more Class 14s than they knew what to do with (some ended up in the North East I believe) I'm sure that one or two could have been spared for your branch. 8-)
