Yes, Connex is a very good thing - definitely when compared to the boring old SR green (and probably when compared to NSE too    - whoops, making an anarchic statement like that  against our leader's favourite livery will probably mean I'm finished as a Mod  )

But if you are comparing Connex to the current Southern franchise (which has a very attractive green and white livery and is a particular favourite of mine), then it is not quite such a good thing. Don't think the 205 ever got repainted in Southern though.

That does look a lovely model and well done Kernow for bringing it out!
