Board needs a trim IMO.

At least you've got broadband, quite a bit of campo (inland) Spain can't even get a phone line or electricity.

If you look at, say, the General Discussion board there are various sub-boards and just below direct access to a range of topics or subjects. The top 5 topics/subjects have a pin board (drawing pin) symbol to the right of the topic heading, these are the ones that have been stickied as they're quite popular or important.

These stickied items will then always appear at the top of the topic/subject listing so as to be easily noticed and readily available to save members hunting down the list of topics for these important items.

Hope this makes it a bit clearer.
