Dapol have exceeded themselves again, in my eyes anyway!
What a superb idea bringing out wagons,  unpainted is!
The price is extremely fair and the idea is nothing short of brilliant, I hope in the future there will be more releases but the ones they've done so far, i think are spot on!!

That's a really good idea

I'm wondering how practical they will be to paint. Will the type of plastic suit acrylics like the Peco kits do and do they come in kit form so you can paint the body and chassis separately without having to do a lot of masking.

I like this idea.

However I have a question: do any of these unpainted wagons have NEM coupler pockets? I can't readily tell...

Didn't realise these had been brought out, includes syphons.
Seem to be ready assembled rather than kits , though not
certain. should give plenty of scope for unusual liveries etc.

Not a bad price for a  syphon, especially as I just need the underframe to stick under my Lima one
