Takes my internal clock a fortnight to adjust.

Think it will be an extra hour in bed here as well. 
Just need the dogs to adapt to the change as well- they seem to wake up at some horrid hour (currently 0600 hrs)

When I had cats I had the same problem, they still wanted their breakfast at their time 


I used to despise when this happened when I was working but now the biggest hassle is changing all the clocks  :'(

Clocks were turned back in Oz at the start of this month that is all except the state I live in Queensland, talk about bloody confusion 

Queenslanders think the cows will get confused when its time to get milked but I think its the brainless dudes that cant read the time if its an hour out
