Is anybody having issues with PayPal? I simply can't log into my account at present - I enter my email address but it sticks on the Revolving Circle of Doom before I can even enter my password. Is it them or me?

Cheers,

Chris

Nor here.

They have been switching people over to using a passcode (*) instead of email address and password recently, maybe something's being held up there. I had to change to a different browser when that came in, my previous one wouldn't display the passkey popover window.

(*)  which I don't consider as secure as email/password, since it's just the Windows login PIN so if someoneone gets into the PC they can then get into Paypal, and any other sites that are doing the same for logging in.

All good for me.     I'm not interested in switching to a passkey so I ignore/close that prompt when it comes up on any site.

Turn it off, and on again.

Yes, I always try that first. Tried again this morning and it still didn't work, BUT... I usually use Opera as my search engine and find it very good, but something made me try a different one, namely Bing, and it worked this time. Very odd. Paypal is the only program that Opera has thrown a wobbly over so they've obviously had a bit of a domestic argument at some point. Anyway, thanks for the replies, gents.

Cheers,

Chris
