Point Motors

Hi

Has anyone had any experience is using Fleischmann Picollo track with other point motors.   I would like to mount the motors under the layout.  I know that the Fleischmann motor can be mounted underneat the layout, but that involves hollowing out large areas, and woodwork is not my forte!

Someone has mentioned Viessmann 4554, but I cannot see how these might work.
