After the lead male character in The Bridge was sidelined the actor wasn't at all happy and left, changing markedly the direction of the storyline and adding, initially at least, a somewhat surreal detective partner for Saga to work with, the writers/actor did a great job with that enforced change.

Kim Bodnia (who played Martin in the first 2 series of 'The Bridge') then went on to play Villanelle's controller in the award winning 'Killing Eve', not that I'm sure Villanelle was ever under 'control'

It must be an experience to travel through the tunnel/cross the Oresund bridge but cheap it is not!

Oh I don't know. I used to cross the Øresund relatively often to get to Southern Sweden on business, but in the 90's it was either the SAS hovercraft from Copenhagen airport or a ridiculously expensive helicopter.

On my last trip to Copenhagen, after the bridge had opened, I checked in good and early for my return flight and took the train across the bridge and had a cup of coffee in Malmö Railway Station.

Good man. That means you should probably be hooked by now :)

Not really, but I think Mrs B is.  :uneasy:

Sorry, folks, watched as far as episode 8, but both of us got bored with it. I found it predictable, with obvious signals coming from marriage breakups, flirtations, etc.

Sorry! I tried!

Sad to hear that, George, but we all have different tastes.
I watched all 4 series and on the very last disc (of 13) at the very end was...............a preview for the 13 disc set ::) ???

It's not Scandi Noir, but I really enjoyed "Dark" on Netflix, a slight segue toward more sci-fi, in similarly bleak landscapes, and in German.
