After Lawrence complimented me on my workshop in another post, it got me thinking.....  What does your Work Area / Workshop / Shed look like?  I think everyone should post a picture, no matter how small or messy it is.   :computersmile:



Is anyone lucky enough to have a Carriage as a workshop?!

My 'workshop' is the kitchen table and sometimes a workmate type bench. I would love a shed but sadly ....................

Me too lol. But most of the time im in the kitchen as the work tops are a good height to work on

Although I retired from clockrepairing way back in 2005 my workshop is still in the depths of our garage with all my tools and equipment intact and usable.
Ill health means I only get out to it when I have to but its nice to know its still there.
My PC is up there as well but I use this  c%!*^y   laptop indoors.

...and this is what it looks like now. Middle cars almost ready, driving cats waiting for yellow first class stripes to dry.

Sorry to hear you can't get out to your workshop at the moment Jonclox.  I think I'd cry if I could't get to mine.   

Most of my painting is done on my lap, or kitchen table (like others), but drilling, cutting etc is done in my workshop.

With the better weather coming tho I stand a chance of going up there more often... like this afternoon I had to get up there because my watch battery had died during Thursday night

Mine is an old dresser with a sheet of hardboard on in the spare room next to the layout, however it is cleared after each session as it also doubles up as the good lady's writing desk, until I can get her a new one.

The photos of really neat work areas are impressive - I wish I was that tidy! My work area mostly looks  like a squirrel's nest!

Does give you an idea of the scale of my hotel rooms though!  A whole floor is smaller than a mouse

I'm building my turny-round bit in the eaves, so this is currently my work area...




And here is my messy desk where I do my painting and modelling, with a view over the acre of pine woodland that is our back garden...

Finally got round ot taking some snaps, and it began pouring with rain.....so the pictures are a bit gloomy!  This is a standard shed, with a bit of woodwork done around the windows, and some paint.





Would have been better if the flowers had come out!
