Osborns Models Laser Cut Wood Kits

Liking the look of the laser cut wood rolling stock kits on sale at Osborns, I arranged a trial order for three kits in November last.

Sadly, one kit arrived damaged, this damage being caused by wheel sets in the pack moving to crush and distort the thin laser cut sheet. (The box was totally undamaged and overall the outer packaging was good). These wheels were loose in the box, whereas the other two kits had the wheels and couplings in plastic bags to keep them from such movement damage and arrived OK.

All they had to do was send one part, which I carefully identified and photographed.

I have been trying to get this resolved since then, with finally a promise to resolve the matter made by them on 6th February, yet I'm still waiting. 

I have had no communication from them to indicate dispatched and no reason has been offered why not.

YMMV, but they are now no longer on my supplier list, and I'm about to order four figures worth of items!
