Dapol and having them do limited runs

Was wondering if anyone has had dealings with Dapol regarding limited edition runs
If so how long did it take to get replies back from them

My understanding is that they've been a bit swamped recently (well, maybe not swamped, production conditions internationally are just very challenging) and are trying to bat orders down the line a bit - I seem to remember that was the case with the re-run of the Stove R.
