Has anyone personal experience of using one of these things which seem to be the 'in thing' at the moment? (Link purely to show the item concerned)

Never heard of them before.

I have a SWMBO to clean the microwave   (ducks and runs for cover.......)

I suspect you'd get as good an effect by sticking the water and vinegar in a bowl and microwaving it - all it's doing is creating an acidic water vapour.

put 4x1/4 lemons in a teamug and boil for 5 mins

the smell is much nicer than vinegar!
