BRM Virtual Exhibition this weekend (4/5 July 2020)
« on: June 30, 2020, 03:05:28 PM »
Hi

If you haven't seen the adverts for BRM's Virtual Exhibition this weekend it looks to be a good opportunity to see videos of a lot of excellent layouts, including "James Street" as one of those in N.

It's free, and there will be no pushing and shoving, or backpacks. Catering will be of your choice too. Plus the James Street gang won't be spending seven hours unloading and loading......result!

The link below should take you to their site..... https://www.world-of-railways.co.uk/news/the-biggest-ever-virtual-model-railway-exhibition/

If you scroll down on this link, there is a 'poster' of the layouts 'attending'

The poster will enlarge if you click on the image.

Ok. It's going on for 8pm over here in Oz and I've just had a look at the P4 Sidmouth, and now I'm watching Tony Gee, current custodian of Rev Peter Denny's Buckingham Great Central, talk about the layout.

How good!

For those of you thinking of 'attending', don't forget this has opening and closing times; it won't be available on Saturday evening, AFAIK, and presumably will 'close' and disappear on Sunday afternoon.
