phone technology

Hi everyone, hope you are all bearing up through this virus crap. Question for any techno/types? can wireless charging be used for say, having a charge unit under the board and a small phone type receiver module in a carriage so when you accurately pull into a station you can charge a supercapacitor in the carriage for lights until it re-parks in the station? Just an idea?
Cheers all,
Steve

Yes there are inductive charging kits available.  Look in the specialist hobby robotic parts websites.

I have used one of these to recharge a cell for a flashing taillight circuit. :)
