Graham Farish Class 20 Diesel
« on: May 19, 2020, 12:01:30 PM »
Question – can my GF Class 20 Diesel D8134 – NOT DCC Ready – be converted to DCC ??. There seems to be enough space for a wired 6 pin decoder in the under chassis (battery) box where the small capacitor resides !!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated – Richard G

There are not many loco’s that can not be converted, I am not familiar with that loco. If it’s a split chassis model you have to insulate the two brushes, you can use a digihat for the bottom brush I had a couple of early GF steam locos converted for me by Digitrains at Lincoln.
