To everyone who wants decals or plates....

Please write up your wish list so that you are ready once the task of sorting and listing them is completed.
Somewhere I have one of the final NGS lists of Modelmaster wares.  Then the hiatus started and we know the rest.

If I can find the list and photograph or scan it would anyone be interested?  If the images are small enough I could post them here?

Found it!  It was on top of the computer monitor.  Now what do I need?

Hi there,

I think I have the last paper list that was done by Modelmaster and I also have a scan that is suppossed to be the same document - but there are differences!

I would be interested to see what is listed in the N/2mm sections of your copy - then at least I can compare them and see what differences - if any, there are between it and what I already have copy of.

Thanks
Phil H

ps - if anyone has a complete list ot the N/2mm bus decals - I would like a copy! I have one version, but have already found stuff in the boxes that isn't on that list.

The list I have came with Journal 6/13 and I believe it was the last paper copy that showed everything that was available from the shop.

For buses it lists 8 companies, 1 set of LT destination blinds and 8 sets of adverts.

I'll see if I can put something here fairly soon, it'll depend on what I can produce and file sizes.

What makes me sit in the corner and wibble is.....

The huge range of decals that have been produced and the massive numbers of them!

I mean - who needs blanking patches in Black and why would you keep a stock of over 100 sheets of them!

Thanks

(Psst, what's a blanking patch, and what do you use it for?)

It's a patch used for blanking things  ;)  :P

Used to cover over small parts of livery details in a base colour (rather than risking wider damage trying to remove it) before applying new details over the top. commonly used if renumbering by changing only 1 or 2 digits.

Ah! Okay, thanks for the explanation. Your right, that does seem an awful lot.

Hi guys,

Yes - still digging in boxes and finding a lot of what I would call 'Non Core' decal products.

Somewhere there should be BR Green and BR Loco Red ones as well!

Thanks

As promised a couple of weeks ago please see the images below that show what the NGS shop listed for Modelmaster as at Journal 6/13.

Hopefully I've not busted any Forum limits with the size of the images, which are in fact cut-downs of the originals.

Larger versions can be viewed by opening each one separately.

Hi there,

Thanks for taking the time and making an effort to help me out.

It is much appreciated.

I'll sort out the other lists I have and see where the differences are.

Many years ago members of the Society produced a list of the then current sheets to detail what they contained so that you knew that sheet 2001 (MMT 001) contained 45584 45600 etc.

I expect that this is available to those who are doing the sorting but if needed I have a hard copy of what I believe is th whole list which I can scan if it is wanted.
