In the Drehscheibe-Online forum a link to this PDF was posted. Text is written in German, but the pictures are from English and American railways.
It is described as a book for children, seems to be from 1921 (or earlier) and seemingly unfindable. Printed by "Petty & Sons" in Leeds with the title "British Manufacture". It is not registered in any book-index.

Even though there are no fotos, but drawings, maybe some of the pictures can inspire future modell-scenes.
