:hellosign:, good evening all friends in NGF land, hope all are safe & well.
Still Furloughed so had time to do some mocking up on the layout.

An overall view from the North West. The road markings are close to in place & vehicles placed for information. The buildings are Kestrel & Metcalfe kits.

Looking toward the level crossing & the road in to West Porthsea town & Quay.

So please try & imagine looking across the car park & seeing the Burlingham Seagull coach just peeping round, "do I dare go in the car park" it's driver is wondering.
Any & all comments welcome & thank for looking & please stay safe
      regards Derek

The Table-Top Railway is an attempt to create, in British 'N' gauge,  a 'semi-scenic' railway in the old-fashioned style, reminiscent of the layouts of the 1930s to the 1950s.

Many thanks Keith, John & Martin. I now feel progress is being made, more kits will hopefully be arriving shortly.
The space where the Christmas tree is will be for an ornamental fountain or similar, but for now!!!!!!
   stay safe regards Derek

:hellosign: & Good Morning, hope all are safe & well.
First a big thank you to Traintrax, Gaugemaster & of course Parcelforce for arrival of the latest Kits & Kato track pieces. I'm very happy with West Porthsea Town Station so now sorting out what's going where to bring it to life.

The right hand cross over for trains from the Quay, a Left hand crossing soon for East I think.

Two pictures of the new footbridge.

The new re- railer tracks form the base of the level crossing, just need gates & approach ramps.

Metcalfe Engine shed, a present that will find a home on the layout. That's all for now as always comments welcome, thanks for looking & stay safe
     regards Derek.

:hellosign: Everybody, hope all are safe & well
More kits from Metcalfe & Kestrel built & now looking to mocking up West Porthsea Town following the river down to the Quay.
First though the Kato turntable has its position on the layout.

A present from a while ago, looking forward to serious playtime.
Now travel South West to West Porthsea & a start of mocking up with a very rough overview.

Please remember the two front tracks will be on the lower level, the single track will join the promenade on the edge of the town.
Ok here's a clue to what's been on the test track this week.

Much more to follow very soon, all comments very welcome.
Please stay safe regards Derek
