A while has past and an update is due.
In late September we had and open day when our patron Eddie Izzard visited to inspect the progress so far.
Eddie arrived to much cheering from a waiting crowd.



In true style a guard of honour was drawn up from our local defence force.

After inspecting an interesting display of weaponry.

It was off to inspect the centre piece of the display room. The Railway!






I lived just about there:

We even enrolled him as an operator.

The WWII room and it’s centrepiece of railway is now open daily to the public although still progressing with the seafront section.
