The same set up as the last shot but from a different angle.

Does not really matter which angle the photo's are taken from - they are all still excellent, (damn, I said I would not use that word again ), although I seem to recall thinking that one was only 'good'!   ;)

That is an absolutely, natural and beautiful country railway scene.
With kind regards

Just railway today, no village. Another shot taken with the camera floating above the layout. Well, perched on the crude wooden boom attached to the tripod.

Inspirational as ever Roger, even though I feel I know Wrenton quite well now, each photo reveals a new small detail that I didn't spot previously (like the set of garden chairs and table in the cottage garden) ... your work is certainly inspiring me to aim higher and reach a better standard

Was good as well to see the behind the scenes work too, in most cases with layouts on the forum, we see it from the baseboards up ... but Wrenton arrived almost fully formed, so seeing some of the constructional photos has been great

Hope the loco you are after comes into stock soon   :beers:
Thanks for looking - Andrew

Thanks Andrew. I sometimes wonder if you've all had enough Wrenton by now, especially as I'm struggling to find new angles to shoot from. But your mention of garden chairs made me think of placing the boom over some more gardens, first result below.

The BR 3MT is in stock and ordered. I'm currently waiting for TMC to do a bit of work on it, to hopefully improve on the factory weathering. It's taking a bit longer than usual so it didn't arrive in time for my birthday. I did buy some opera blu-rays as well, and they did make it in time.

Anyway, here's another view of the table and chairs.

I, for one, certainly have not had enough of Wrenton.
It is such an inspiration so please do keep the photographs coming.

Best Regards

I refuse to use the word 'excellent' again, (again!).  ;) But I do agree with Martin.
