Hi all,

I bought something on ebay from the US, which I've done before so am aware of charges etc.  >:(, but the tracking number says 'charges incurred, addressee being notified'. That was on the 19th May. Is that normal as I've heard nothing? The other stuff I got was quite quick.

I understand it's the British postal service but just wanted to check that this is normal and if I don't hear is there anywhere I can contact as presumably the seller wouldn't know?

Thanks for any help,

Cheers weave.

From what I recall, you should get a letter detailing the charge and how to pay.

If you haven't had anything, and you know who's got it (Parcel Force, I assume), I think there should be a phone number on the website, or go and ask at your local Post Office.

Your Post office Sorting Office counter would be better.

But not necessarily if it's 20 miles away and the parcel is with Parcel Force
