I met my wife at a party. It was the night the great drought of '76 ended. She helped me bail out my MGB. We had a 6 year engagement and have been married 33 years. I asked my pal John, how long he had been married. He said, "15 very happy years, not bad out of 35" Then his wife gave him a thick ear.
The years have been good to me, it was the weekends that did the damage.
