Lower Clifton mk2
« on: October 06, 2016, 09:48:01 PM »
Well heres another one. Now first off i cant claim credit for most of the work on this one as i bought it off ebay. Why, well id promised a layout to my local club open day but with time running out i thought rather than display something unfinished, it would be easier to buy one, so thats what i did.

Ive had it in the shop a few days and it has had a little scenic work done already which mainly involves the ballasting. Id like to have fit point motors but it really was a non start as some would have been impossible to fit so probably best not to do anything at all. Era is early 60s western region so steam and diesel mix.

Looks tidy enough, with electrofrogs and what looks to be an ID backscene.
The era/location certainly gets my approval

Right well after it did the open day ive decided to sell Lower Clifton on. I dont really have the space to do anything with it so i want to get shot of it. I'm going to put it up in the Nporium here. One thing to say is it will need to be collected or i can arrange for it to be delivered at cost.
