Nothing wrong with the weather as far as I can see - cloudy, rainy, perfect summer for me  :D

Being an old pedant, I would query the reference to Brazil. Brazil being on the Equator, do they actually have seasons? Isn't it just the same boring old weather all year round??

Just asking...

I'll get back in my box now.

Brazil is a big country with several climatic zones.

Believe it or not in the south they even make drinkable wine !

Best regards,

Joe

Waddya mean, Mike? Over here in Holland we had several days of summer, and I believe you over there in Blighty had the same  ;)

You're all welcome to some of our Tokyo summer (minimum nighttime temperature hovering around the 25º mark - that's C, not F).

weather is all :censored: for everyone.

I fear for the bumble bees -I always watch out for them.  There's far too less of them these days (no wasps either)!!!!!!!!!!

Brazil is very big.
Oh yes !
Oh no,
not boring at all :)
you may well ask :)

I will answer :)
as a young electronics engineer I was sent out there, from our summer in dear ol' Blighty to their 'winter' and wondered why they (the, err how shall I say,, natives were all wearing shirts and woolly jumpers while we (pale english persons) were wearing very little at all on Copacabana and Leblon,,,
after a 12month through their summer and into the next season, we also were aclimated and wore an extra layer or three  - - :) it is all relative :)
Mind u, we were under the bottom tropic,
the story may well be different up near Recifé and the equator, which we visited for a few weeks, but it was darn hot ,,,
but anyway, to cut a long story short, there is a considerable difference of insolation between the two tropics.

:) well you did ask !!!!

[my bigest mistake in life was to come back, but my employer was UK based and the alternative was to make off into the jungle (I did have power of power of attorney over several ££ but that's a.n.other story ;) ) ]

But, but, wasn't Summer last Thursday; when it rained...?

(At least, that's what the legends tell us - and THEY couldn't be wrong, could they?)

Just asking.

You lucky lad; don't get sunburnt, and spare a thought (if only for one mico-second) for those lucky people back in  in sunny Woollangong, basking in the delightful 10 degrees of winter.

Enjoy.
