Not mala*hite either, looks like proper Maunsell olive green. Looks like it might be a King Arthur.

Hi Mike

Try another view of the "Arthur"

It's keeping me company while I wait for Dapol to "Extractus Digitus"

What's in the background of T9 shot then? Looks Southern with a number under it on what looks like a Maunsell 6 wheel tender, not another T9, also looks like it has smoke deflectors, outside cylinders and the footplate drops at the front and at the cab, I'd make a guess at a Del Prado Schools, (or an image on the back scene) in view of your Dapol comment.

chucked reverently placed it on the test track, and runs smooth and quiet in both directions.

so a definite   on this one.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but kettleitis is incurable, and you only have the early onset symptoms. The degree of the disease may wax and wane but sooner or later you'll need another kettle injection, sure as eggs is eggs. The worst case scenario is when you catch yourself sniffing, not chemical products, but lumps of coal. DO NOT ATTEMPT SNIFFING COKE!!!!!
